Thank you for choosing Triangle Scoopers for your pet waste removal needs. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of our services and website. By using our website or services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Services Provided
Triangle Scoopers provides pet waste removal services for both residential and commercial properties, including regular cleanups, one-time visits, and additional services such as odor elimination and yard sanitization. Our services are described in more detail on our website and can be customized to fit your needs.
2. Service Agreement
By purchasing or scheduling our services, you are entering into a service agreement with Triangle Scoopers. This agreement includes the terms, pricing, and any other relevant conditions associated with the services provided. You agree to comply with the agreed-upon service schedule and terms.
3. Payment and Billing
- Payment Terms: Payment for services is due upon completion of the scheduled service, or as otherwise specified in the service agreement.
- Recurring Payments: For recurring services, we will bill you on a monthly basis, and payment is due by the 1st of each month. You authorize Triangle Scoopers to charge your credit card or payment method for these recurring charges.
- Late Payments: If a payment is not received within 5 days after the due date, your account may be suspended until payment is made.
- Pricing: All service fees are based on the size of the property and the service plan selected. Pricing may be updated periodically, and any changes will be communicated to you before taking effect.
4. Service Access
You agree to provide Triangle Scoopers with unobstructed access to the area where services are to be performed. This includes ensuring gates or fences are accessible and that pets are kept indoors or away from the cleaning area during service visits. If the area is inaccessible or pets are not kept inside, Triangle Scoopers may not be able to complete the service, and you will still be charged for the visit.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
- Service Cancellation: You may cancel or pause your service at any time by notifying us at least 24 hours before the scheduled service date. Cancellation requests made after this time may result in a cancellation fee.
- Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule a service, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your new schedule.
6. Customer Responsibility
- Grass Maintenance: For optimal service, the grass in your yard should be maintained at a reasonable length. If the grass is too tall, we may not be able to clean the area thoroughly, and this will not be the responsibility of Triangle Scoopers.
- Aggressive Pets: You agree to inform us of any aggressive or difficult-to-handle pets before scheduling service. Triangle Scoopers reserves the right to refuse service if a pet is deemed dangerous or if the safety of our staff is at risk.
7. Warranty and Limitations of Liability
- Warranty of Workmanship: Triangle Scoopers provides a warranty for the quality of our services. If any issues arise from our work, we will return to address them at no additional charge within 48 hours.
- Limitations of Liability: Triangle Scoopers’ liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the service that caused the issue. We are not responsible for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from our services.
8. Privacy Policy
We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your data.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Triangle Scoopers harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising out of or related to your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or any actions that violate local laws or regulations.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes that arise out of these Terms or our services will be resolved through mediation or arbitration, and both parties agree to resolve any issues in good faith and in accordance with North Carolina law.
11. Changes to Terms
Triangle Scoopers reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes to the Terms through our website or by email. Continued use of our services after the changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
