Pet Waste Removal Service Agreement
Thank you for choosing Triangle Scoopers! By accepting this service agreement, you authorize Triangle Scoopers and its employees to perform pet waste removal services on your property under the following terms and conditions:
1. Service Process
A professional technician will visit your property to scoop and double-bag pet waste, which will then be taken away for proper disposal. Please note that we do not guarantee a specific time of day for the waste removal service. Our ability to perform the service may be impacted if the gate to your property is locked, blocked, or otherwise inaccessible.
Additionally, the grass on your property should be regularly maintained to ensure the waste can be properly cleaned. If the grass is too tall or overgrown, our ability to fully clean the yard may be limited. Any missed waste due to tall grass or excessive vegetation is outside of our control and will not be cleaned until conditions improve.
2. Fees and Payment
You will receive a monthly invoice at the beginning of each month, which is due for payment through our website. If an account remains overdue for more than 5 days, the service may be temporarily suspended until payment is received.
3. Pet Safety
For the safety of your pets and our technicians, please keep your dog(s) or cat(s) indoors during the pet waste removal service. Triangle Scoopers is not responsible for any pets that escape during service. If a pet distraction prevents us from completing the service, we will still charge the full service rate.
Aggressive Dogs: If you have an aggressive dog or any dog that may pose a risk to our technician, we ask that you securely contain or remove the dog(s) during service. If a dog is deemed too aggressive to safely perform the service,
Triangle Scoopers reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the service for that visit. We will not proceed with service if we feel our technician's safety is at risk. Please notify us in advance if your dog(s) have shown aggressive behavior.
4. Service Cancellation
Either Triangle Scoopers or the client may cancel the service at any time. Should you choose to cancel, please visit our website and cancel/pause your account before the beginning of each month to avoid any unnecessary charges.
5. By initiating service, both parties agree to the above terms and responsibilities.
